SSB has been a GSA Schedule 70 holder since 1999. Their excellence in managing and complying with the contractual requirements of the multiple award schedule resulted in an Exceptional rating after their recent audit in 2011.

SSB expands Army .NET application development and data warehousing support efforts to Special Operations Forces in Lexington, KY.

Working with an independent lead appraiser, SSB successfully underwent an appraisal for CMMI Level 2. They are targeting a level 3 appraisal by the end of 2011.

SSB has been tasked to redesign the DAMO-TRV educational website as the primary website for training of Army Civilian Personnel. The goal is to create the Army Premiere Educational site for Civilian Personnel.

SSB added a 37 hour program for First Line Supervisors to their www.itrainmd.com website. The program is designed to provide public safety staff with the basic knowledge and skills that are necessary to be a successful first-line supervisor.

SSB oversaw the development and implementation of a SharePoint Farm including all the features, tools and architecture, data and executive input to ensure achievement of established requirements. The SSB team defined the business processes and functional requirements for G-3/5/7 Enterprise Portal needs on the NIPR & SIPR Farms and using this data established the architecture and installed the MOSS farms. SSB identified the requirements and implemented the plans for the SQL Server Setup and the Backups & Recovery Design.
