CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

If you wish to pay by credit card, through the Internet, you may:

1. Select the course you want from the Course Topics listing by clicking on the "GO" button just left of the course title.
2. The ACCESS page displays, at which time you can click on the PAYMENT button to register and pay for the course. This will display a credit card information form.
3. Fill in the appropriate credit information and
4. Click on the PAY button ONE TIME. (If you click it again you may get charged again)
5. Within a few moments you will receive a credit card confirmation and will be able to
6. Click on ACCESS ARTICLE NOW.

OFFLINE PAYMENTS (not over the Internet)

You may also register offline by phone, fax or mail. Please follow the directions below and include the following information with your payment:

• Your full name
• Address
• Daytime and evening phone number
• Email address (if available)
• License number and state in which you are licensed
• AARC number, if applicable
• Professional status (whether you are an RN, LPN, Respiratory Therapist, or EMT)
• Last five digits of your social security number
• Courses you are paying for.

PHONE-IN PAYMENTS

To register by phone, just call us at 1-800-301-5262 with the above information ready. We'll take your order over the phone and you will have course access the next day. Our phones are manned Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.

FAX PAYMENT

To register by FAX:
FAX your credit card number and the information identified above to 1-703-277-1077. The FAX machine is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we process accounts Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.

CHECK or MONEY ORDER PAYMENT
