SSB is looking for systems analysts with experience in evaluating information technology (IT) operations and supporting the task of assessing and documenting the IT services provided. Additionally, analysis will be required to link the service processes of the organization to other processes in external organizations. The ideal candidate will work on a small team of two or three analysts and be able to help generate process definition and refinements using ITIL as the service model.
Areas of Responsibility:
Preparing a Project Charter, deliverables and establish milestones
Developing a Stakeholder Analysis
Developing and documenting all IT service requirements and objectives
Developing an analysis of service methodologies to include the presentation of multiple courses of action (COA) for evaluation.
Developing an analysis of Business/Operational Requirements.
Developing and documenting the IT services transition project plan to include schedule, resource requirements, and key IT service transition milestones.
Developing and documenting the target concept of operations (CONOPS) document that will outline how the proposed organization will meet the existing service operations requirements for the IT services.
Developing and documenting Service Level Agreement documents that will outline the service level standards.
Where applicable, developing an approach for how the organization will address any gaps between existing service level standards and service level expectations.
Developing, documenting, and delivering all applicable project briefings.
