| SSB has supported the Department of State continuously
since 1998. In 2003, SSB was presented with the Assistant Secretary
Award for Excellence and was nominated for Prime Small Business
Contractor of the year by the Department of State. SSB won a
competitive IT Services contract in May 2004 that extends their
support through 2009. In addition to providing support for the
DoS A Bureau, SSB provides support to the IRM Bureau and to
the Foreign Service Institute (FSI). |

| SSB is aligned with Next Tier Concepts, Inc.
to provide support to the Peace Corps in the development and
implementation of its Crime Incident Reporting Systems (CIRS)
application for the Office of the Chief Information Officer/Application
Development (OCIO/ASD) division. The CIRS is a distributed .NET
based application providing an efficient method for notification
of incidents having an impact on the safety and security of
Peace Corps Volunteers worldwide. The system reduces the reporting
burden on Posts, and provides a methodology for establishing
consistency of information shared between all safety and security-related
stakeholders. |

| SSB has worked with numerous agencies within
the Department of Defense over the past 10 years, providing
business process reengineering, classroom and mobile-team training,
system administration, application development and implementation,
data warehousing design and development, system integration,
legacy database migration and enterprise-wide solutions. Aligned
with Alion Science & Technology, Inc., SSB will provide
web support for the Battle Command Support Services contract
beginning August 2007. Additionally, SSB is aligned with AOCE
to provide support to the Air Combat Command in Hampton, VA. |

| Over the past 5 years, SSB has
supplied technical assistance, training, and services worldwide
for various organizations within the Department of Justice,
including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). In addition,
SSB has provided sofware development support to the Terrorist
Screening Center over the past two years. |

| SSB has performed on numerous tasks for the Intelligence
Community during the past few years. Tasks have included application
development, system integration, data migration, data warehousing
and classroom specialized training. |

| SSB provides on-line training for
a variety of clients. SSB has developed over 400 online courses
for the law enforcement, corrections, and juvenile justice communities,
and is currently contracting with organizations in more than
20% of the states nationwide in supporting thousands of officers
and support staff. SSB has been providing courseware for over
500 facilities within the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice
since 2001 and in 2004 was contracted by FL DJJ for an additional
ten years' support. In March of 2007, SSB began providing support
to Maryland Law Enforcement and has received state-wide approval
by the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission
for our online content. |
